Orders & Contract
Your order is accepted and a contract is formed between better. and you only when we dispatch the item(s) you have ordered. When your order is received, you will be emailed an order confirmation. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event that the stock level was incorrect at the time of receiving the order. In the event that we are unable to deliver your order we will inform you and cancel the order.
We use Stripe to easily accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express, and almost any other kind of credit or debit card. Using Stripe will also automatically enable Apple Pay at checkout for customers it’s available to. We do not store card numbers after the transaction has been completed. All items are sold in Pounds Sterling (GBP). Prices do not include payment or delivery charges.
We operate a no questions asked refund policy. Simply send your purchase back within 14 days of receipt with proof of purchase, making sure it's unused and in its original condition and packaging with all swing tags and labels still attached and intact.
We ask that you take all reasonable care of the products while they are in your possession. Products must be returned unused. You will be refunded for the value of the product. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt. Returning an item is easy, just complete the return form included with your order and send it to us at the following address:

We also recommend that you use a registered postal service to return your item as all products are returned at your own risk and we cannot be held liable for lost or damaged parcels. Unless the products are faulty, please be aware that you will be responsible for the cost of returning any item(s) to us.
Returns which do not comply with the above listed criteria will be refused. Please note that you are responsible for the product until it reaches us.

Changes to Terms & Conditions
We reserve the right to alter these Terms and Conditions at any time. However, this right shall not affect the existing Terms and Conditions accepted upon making your purchase.
We aim to ship all orders within 5 working days.
All UK orders are sent via Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For and should reach you the next working day including Saturdays once posted.
We also aim to ship all international orders within 5 working days however delivery will take longer.
We offer free delivery for all orders over £100. For UK orders under £100 we charge £4.80 and for international orders under £100 we charge £10.
PLEASE NOTE: International Orders May incur brokerage fees, import taxes or duties that are the responsibility of the customer.
